The bright and sunny kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances and an eat\-in table for four\.  The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs\.  Off the kitchen is the open living room/dining room area\.  High ceilings and lots of windows open up this area\.  The dining table seats six\.  The spacious living area features a leather sleeper sofa, love seat, chair and wall mounted flat screen TV\.  Doors from this room lead to the back porch with seating and a gas grill\.  The home overlooks the Sea Pines Forest Preserve\.
The master bedroom with king bed is also on the first floor\.  This room features a TV and private master bathroom\.  
The second floor has the two remaining bedrooms each with a queen bed and TV\.  On the second floor you will also find a half bathroom, full bathroom and laundry room\.
Located conveniently in Sea Pines you have access to the Trolley stop that runs to Harbourtown and the Sea Pines Beach Club\.  This neighborhood offers a private pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts\.
