This property allows two vehicles: one in the driveway and one in the nearby overflow lot with provided parking passes—no garage access, and parking on the street or grass is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine\.



No gas or charcoal grills permitted\. Non\-Smoking Units\. No pets allowed\. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older\.



This incredible 3 bedroom 2\.5 bath townhome has it all, with two levels, bedrooms up and downstairs, an outdoor patio and just steps from the beautiful community pool at Egret Run in Barefoot Resort\.  Downstairs is the stunning master suite, impeccably decorated with upscale furnishings and posh bedding\.  The suite has a dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan and TV\.  Adjoining the master suite is a spacious private bath suite with an oversized walk in shower, vanity and a large walk in closet\. 



Also downstairs is the magnificent great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar\.  A full formal dining room completes the home and its ambiance\. The space is open for conversation, yet separated enough for different activities\!  A big screen TV with DVD player completes the main entertainment area in the outstanding great room\.
