This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home is situated in a protected cove on the 35 mile marker\. It boasts two living spaces, a full kitchen as well as a large kitchenette, a private dock with wet steps, plenty of seating and a paddle boat\. There are wraparound decks to enjoy the quiet calm of the cove\! Perfect location within 10 minutes to the famous Captain Ron’s Bar & Grill and The Cave Bar & Grill\! Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen is spacious and beautifully updated with quartz countertops\! There is a Keurig coffee maker, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and everything you could need while away from home\! There is a dining room table with seating for eight\. Off the kitchen is a screened seating area with two tables, and seating for six\. Living Room The living room features a sectional with pull out bed, flat screen TV, additional seating area with a sofa with pull out bed and a fireplace\. There are sliding glass doors that open to the balcony\. On the balcony there is a propane grill, a Blackstone, and a table with seating for six\. Master Suite The master features a king\-sized bed, nightstands, two dressers, flat screen TV, and sliding doors that open to the balcony with a seating area to enjoy your morning coffee\! There is an attached master bath with a double vanity sink, large soaking tub, and a walk\-in shower\.
