Spacious 5 bedroom, 3\.5 bath family home located in a gated community along one of the largest beaches in Santa Cruz County\.  Enjoy the sunset while relaxing in the large hot tub with your favorite beverage\. Life doesn't get any better\. Large deck is great for gathering with plenty of seating and a large gas barbecue\. Main house offers an open living, dining, kitchen concept and a half bath\. Down the hall is the master bedroom offering a king bed, ocean side deck and hot tub access, large master bath and laundry\. This beach front home has a second unit, completely upstairs with the remainder of the bedrooms over the carport\. The main entry to this unit is from the gated atrium, once inside walk into a family room facing the ocean\. This separate unit offers a large living area with a game table, plenty of seating and large flat screen TV, as well as four bedrooms and two baths\. There are two rooms facing the ocean, one with a king bed and one with a queen; the other two rooms facing the street, offering two sets of twin bunk beds and one queen\.  Enjoy all Monterey Bay has to offer while staying in this centrally located beach home\. Just a short drive to downtown Santa Cruz or Fisherman’s wharf in Monterey\. This area offers an extensive amount of activities, from fishing, whale watching, kayaking, hiking, and biking, just to name a few\.
