Large living room with all new flooring as well\. Master bedroom with 12 foot ceilings and great ocean views\. Large deck with direct private beach access\. Two heating systems, TV/Den room with queen hide\-a\-bed\. Washer/dryer room off den\. One car garage\. 640 Beach is located behind the private gated area at the end of Beach Drive\.  Parking permits are required and will be issued upon check in\. Limit issued is 3 permits\. Owner request that you please feed outside cats\.
