Overlooking the boat docks, this south\-facing deck is the perfect place to enjoy dinners, cocktails, or simply relax in the sunshine while taking in both sunrise and sunset views\. Several new sliding windows provide easy access to the deck, and there is also a second deck adjacent to the docks that offers additional canal views\.

Inside, the home reflects its tropical surroundings with modern furnishings, natural sunlight, and an open kitchen equipped with modern appliances and cookware to prepare everything from a family dinner to a seaside snack enjoyed outdoors\.

On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious bonus area originally designed as a garage and storage space that has been transformed into a casual gathering spot\.
