The open floor plan concept is ideal for entertaining the entire family\. 69 Shell Ring is a 3\-bed, 3\.5\-custom built home located in Sea Pines Plantation\. The living area is equipped with a TV and allows access to your private deck\. The deck is the perfect spot to enjoy lagoon views while sipping on your morning coffee\! Adjacent to the living area is the large kitchen and dining area that seats up to six\. The master suite with queen bedding and en\-suite bath is also located on the first floor\. The second floor has a den outfitted with queen size sofa bed and a TV\. Next to the den is the twin bedroom with a TV\. The twin bedroom has access to the hall bathroom\.
