Just a few homes from the beach and boardwalk, 6A New Castle Street is one of the largest vacation rentals in the ocean block of downtown Rehoboth Beach\! At three stories, this home is not lacking in space\. On the ground floor, there is an enclosed porch on the rear of the home with a television for enjoyment\. The second level is the primary living space in this rental home\. It features the dining and kitchen areas, plus a large living room\. Rental guests will also love taking in the salty summer air on the wrap\-around screen porch of the second level\. All bedrooms and full baths can be found on the ground level and third floor, providing privacy from the living space\. Guests also won't want to miss the porch on the front of the house on the third floor, which has a view of the Atlantic Ocean\. Located in the ocean block of New Castle Street, this beach rental is not just one of the largest in town, but also boasts one of the best locations\. It is the fifth house from the boardwalk on New Castle Street, and just six blocks from the shops and restaurants on Rehoboth Avenue\. There is parking for four cars at this home\. \*This is a non smoking unit\. Pets are not permitted\. 

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager\. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled\. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals\. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals\. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee\.
