Located just a block and a half from the Atlantic Ocean, this beautiful duplex home has been completely updated and offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an inviting open\-concept living space\. The fully stocked kitchen opens to the living room and includes a breakfast bar and small dining table—ideal for gathering with family and friends\. Step outside to the spacious back deck, where you can grill and dine al fresco while enjoying the coastal breeze\.

The primary bedroom features a King bed with trundle and ensuite bath, while the second bedroom offers two Queen beds\. The third bedroom includes a twin bed with a pull\-out twin trundle, and the two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom\. To make beach days even easier, this home includes four adult bicycles and four backpack beach chairs—complimentary with your stay\.

Perfectly situated for a family and furry friends vacation, you’ll reach the beach in just minutes or take a short stroll or bike ride to Coligny Plaza for great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment\.
