Perfect for getaways of any length, guests will find this cottage rental just six blocks off of Rehoboth Avenue, a short walk from the shops and restaurants of downtown\. Featuring one bedroom and bathroom, this cozy home is welcoming and ready for guests to come and enjoy the Delaware Beaches\. \*Please note: One flight of steps is required to enter this rental unit, and it is cooled by one a/c cooling unit\. The cottage has off\-street parking for one car, plus an additional on\-street parking permit provided by the owner\. \*This is a non smoking unit, pets are not permitted\.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $121\.00\.
