## Description
7 Collins Avenue is an ocean\-block, three\-story town\-home, with a private elevator included for guest convenience\. A very spacious unit, this home features two first floor master suites, and a third on the second floor\. Bedrooms four and five are also on the second floor, and they share a hall bath\. The third floor is the main congregating space, as it houses the kitchen and dining space, as well as the living room\. There is a half bath on the third floor\. This unit also has a lot of outdoor space\. On the front of the unit, guests will be treated to two decks, and also a back deck off the kitchen where they can grill on the gas grill\. There are ocean views from the top decks\. There is off\-street parking for two cars, a and the owner provides two on\-street permits\.

This is a non\-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted\. A linen package can be purchased for your stay\.

The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $313\.00\.
