Walk or bike into Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park\. Cozy front porch to enjoy morning sunshine and a screened porch out back for afternoon shade\. This beach house has 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds that could be pushed together\. Upstairs is a spacious loft with one queen bed and 2 twin beds\. The stairs to the upstairs are spiral so not suitable for small children or someone with mobility issues\. There are Mitsubishi units for A/C and heat in each room downstairs and one window A/C unit in the loft\. Two TV's, one on the screened porch and the other in the living room\. Come and enjoy the peaceful surroundings for the perfect beach getaway\. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package\.
