A first\-floor apartment in the ocean block of North Rehoboth\. The unit was recently renovated and the home looks terrific\! Updates include new flooring throughout, fresh paint, a kitchen refresh including updated appliances and new countertops and painted cabinets as well as new bathroom vanities\. Guests will enjoy the open kitchen and living area, which features a breakfast bar\. With three bedrooms, this unit is great for the small family looking for a beach getaway for a week\. One bedroom is a master suite, while the other two share the second bathroom\. Maryland Avenue is two blocks away from the many shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Avenue, so guests can park their car for the week, and walk to anything they want\! This apartment is about four buildings from the beach, meaning you are never far from the ocean and the front sun room has an ocean view\. There is off\-street parking for two cars\. This is a non\-smoking unit\.
Pets \(dogs only\) are permitted with an extra $250 pet fee per pet\. Breed and size restrictions apply, pets must not be over 60lbs\.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager\. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled\.
