WEEKEND RENTAL HOME\! AVAILABLE FRIDAY\-MONDAY, 3 night minimum\. This is an ocean block single family home in North Rehoboth\. This home is the perfect spot for a quick get away to the beach\. The home rents Friday\- Monday, a full weekend of fun\! Just park your car, and walk to everything Rehoboth has to offer\! Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are located on the first floor of the property\. The master suite and a half\-bath can be found on the second level\. The second level also features a spacious, open living area complete with kitchen and dining areas\. From this level, you will also get an ocean view from the enclosed porch overlooking Olive Avenue\. There is off street parking for four cars\. This is a non smoking home\. 

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager\. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled\. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals\. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals\. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee\.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $292\.00\.
