Welcome to our townhome at 701B Quail\! 
This townhome in Fraser boasts a spacious backyard, perfect for pets, and is ideal for families looking for a rental property\.  It offers ample space and excellent amenities\. Situated conveniently close to downtown Fraser, with its restaurants, breweries and summer hiking and biking trails, residents can easily access all the area has to offer\. Additionally, the free town shuttle stop is conveniently located near the main entrance\. 
The main living area features vaulted ceilings, cozy sofas surrounding a wood burning fireplace, and a flat screen TV\.  The fully remodeled kitchen includes a large breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets and countertop space for easy meal preparation\.  Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area includes a spacious table and enough chairs to comfortably seat up to 6 people\. 
The dining area features a small sunroom that has been transformed into a game room with stunning mountain views and a foosball table\. Adjacent to the main entrance of the unit, you will find a washer and dryer\. 
A spacious outside area is accessible from the main living room, offering a large backyard for games, outdoor entertainment, a BBQ grill, and picnic table for al fresco dining\.  Relax on the private deck and unwind in the hot tub after a day of adventures\. 
The primary bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and a TV\.  A second bedroom also features a Queen bed, while the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds for the kids\.  The two bathrooms have been recently updated with new tile, flooring and vanities\.
