## Description
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,800 Square foot home \("Durango Valley View"\) is located in the Animas Valley just 12 minutes from Historic Downtown Durango and 20 minutes from Purgatory Ski Resort to the north\. 

The new home features numerous amenities including central AC, large screen TV with cable and gas fireplace in the Main Living Space along with a well\-appointed kitchen that is open to the living room and dining room\.  Our favorite part of the home is the deck upstairs with comfy outdoor furniture with awesome views of the red rocks across the valley \- great for morning coffee or evening cocktails\.  There is also a hiking trail adjacent to the home and the large back yard is perfect for all sorts of outdoor activities\.  Both bedrooms also have TVs \(Streaming only\)\.

The renovated Durango Hot Springs is just a 1/2 mile from the home and Dalton Ranch Golf Course along with PJs Market and a great liquor store are just across highway 550 a mile from the house\.  In the garage, there is a Charge Point Level 2 Electric Vehicle charger rated for 50 amps and will charge up to 30mi per hour\.
