## Description
Spacious 5 BR, 3 BA Classic Cottage in North Shores\. Relax on your screened porch or deck overlooking the Rehoboth\-Lewes Canal\. This one level home is located in coveted pool and tennis community and is a short bike ride to the beach, the Gordon's Pond State Park and it's picturesque bike trail\. Located on Anchor Road between Cardinal and Robins Lane, just far enough away from crowded areas to be peaceful and quiet\. Pets are also permitted with fee so you can bring the entire family\.  Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply\. Guest pays a $210 cleaning fee for rentals on off\-season\. Also offers outdoor shower, WiFi and 3 off street parking spaces\. Guests pay a $100 per week Amenity Fee for rentals between 5/23/26 through 9/5/26\.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.  You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online\.
