Right on the corner of 8th and North Downing, this home is close to town and a block to the beach\. All linens are provided \(please bring beach towels for beach use\)\. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, microwave, toaster, coffee pot\. The living room has a piano and fireplace\. The dining room is just off the kitchen and living room\. There is a TV with cable, VCR, stereo, alarm clock\. Upstairs has a Queen bedroom, a 2nd Queen bedroom, and 2 bedrooms with a single twin in each\. There is a futon on the sunporch as well\.  The downstairs bathroom has a tub only, no shower\.  The upstairs bath has a tub shower combo\.  There really isn't a back yard to this home\.   This home has parking for 2 cars only; NO PETS \- NO SMOKING \- MUST BE 25 TO RENT
