Our 1 bedroom \(loft\) and 1\.5 bathroom condo is all about it's location near the heart of Durango's historic tourist district\. The condo is just 5 blocks \(less then a 10 minute walk\) from Historic Main Street and a seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries\.

There is one covered parking spot under the building and the condo features Central AC, a washer/dryer and small balcony\.  Its located right across the street from Durango Joes coffee shop as well as Durango Natural Foods Coop\.  Please note stairs are required to reach the the condo \(with additional stairs to reach to the 2nd floor where the berdoom is located\)\.  If you are not able to do stairs, please do not book this condo\.

This home is pet friendly\! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day \(for a max $250 per stay\)\.
