## Description
First floor, 2\-bed, and 3\-bath villa; and only a minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean\.  This villa features an open living room, a queen sleeper sofa, a dining area, and 2 separate decks\. The kitchen table has seating for four with four handy stools at the large breakfast bar\. The bright king master bedroom has an en\-suite bathroom\. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds and a full bathroom\. Each bedroom has access to separate decks that also share access from the living room\. The third full bathroom, located off the kitchen, is also where you will find the washer and dryer\.

Enjoy the sun at the on\-site swimming pool, or walk easily to the beach\.
