## Description
This lovely townhome boasts wonderful views of Palmetto Dunes' 11\-mile lagoon, a screened porch and a very nice community pool, hot tub and baby pool\! 

The living room is large and spacious and has a large HDTV as well as accesses to the screened\-in porch and lagoon\.  

The dining area comfortably seats six guests in addition to the kitchen bar seating for three additional guests\. 

The fully\-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a kitchen pass\-through to the dining area\.  The kitchen, dining and living areas are all open to each other\.  In addition to the kitchen on the main floor is a half bath, full size laundry and one of two primary suites\. 

The first primary suite offers a king\-sized bed, lagoon views, HDTV and an en\-suite primary bathroom consisting of a walk\-in shower and separate sunken garden tub\.

Upstairs, on the second floor, are the two remaining bedrooms\. The second primary suite is similiarly furnished with a king\-sized bed, HDTV and an en\-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination\. The guest bedroom delivers two queen beds, its own HDTV and an en\-suite bathroom with a walk\-in shower\.

Outside you'll love the large screened\-in deck along with a separate sun tanning area, both offering sweeping views of the 11\-mile lagoon system\! A gas grill has been provided for your use\.  The beach is just a few minutes walk away\!
