## Description
HILTON HEAD ISLAND:  Beautiful Beach Retreat\. Welcome to the Lazy Lagoon Villa, your beach home away from home\.  Located in Palmetto Dunes, this ocean beauty is a 7\-minute walk to the beach, steps away from a private pool, and close to our community country store and sporting equipment rental facility\.  

Inside this elevated first floor villa you will find a fresh, bright, comfortable home\! Upon entry is the a fully equipped kitchen including small appliances and necessities for making and serving meals\. The dining table has seating for six and opens to a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa, love seat and a TV\.  

The sliding glass door in the living room leads out to the balcony\. Spend lazy hours enjoying the view overlooking the Palmetto Lagoon which is alive with jumping fish, singing birds, and an occasional alligator swimming by\.  

The first bedroom offers two queen\-sized beds, a view of the Palmetto Lagoon, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo\. 

In the second bedroom you will sleep comfortably in an ample king\-sized bed\. This room also offers a daybed with a trundle to accommodate additional sleepers as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo\. 

The Lazy Lagoon Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and is the perfect location for your visit to Hilton Head Island\. We look forward to your visit\.
