Our 3 bedroom, 2\.5 bathroom 1,748 sq\. ft\. home located in the Silver View subdivision just over 1 mile from historic downtown Durango and offers amazing views of the La Plata Mountains\.   

The townhome features two living spaces each with a TV as well as the usual expected amenities, fast WIFI \(no cable, only streaming\), washer/dryer, gas bbq grill and a 2 car garage with additional parking in front of the garage\.  There is also an electric vehicle charging station\.

Master \- King with TV and Ensuite Bath \(Main Level\)
2nd Bedroom \- Queen \(Ground Floor\)

This home is pet friendly\! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day \(for a max $250 per stay\)\.
