## Description
At 8 Dinghy the beach and ocean are your back yard\!  A complete remodel just a couple of years ago with all new fixtures, appliances, furniture, flooring \- everything\! 

Walk into an open living floor plan, with high ceilings and expansive windows and views across the entire rear of the house\.  There's a magnificent private master wing with direct access to the oceanside screened in porch\.  Also on the main level is a separate king bedroom en\-suite, an office, powder room, laundry room, and a gourmet kitchen with two refrigerators\.

Upstairs there's an ocean side private king suite\.  At the other end of the hall are four bedrooms: a king, a queen, 2 twins, and 2 bunks\.  There are two full bathrooms, and a laundry room\.

Gathering places include: \(1\) the oversized garage space that has been converted into a "club room" environment complete with ping pong, foosball, television, and sitting area;  \(2\) large screened porch overlooking the pool area, beach, and ocean; \(3\) the deck that spans the entire rear of the main level and holds a professional level grill, high top table, and a dining table; \(4\) lower level pool area with under\-deck lounging sofas and chairs, tables for snacks and meals, and another refrigerator accessible from the pool area and garage "club room"\.

8 Dinghy was designed for creating wonderful memories with your family and friends, while basking in the glory of the Atlantic Ocean\.
