This five bedroom house is located perfectly for those who enjoy the beach, the pool, and the ocean\. Exit the back deck and turn left, and you are steps to the beautiful community pool\. Turn right and you are less than 500 feet to the bay, with a beach and a pier for fishing and crabbing\. The ocean is just a quick bike ride through Cape Shores and into Cape Henlopen State Park, with a lovely bike trail that leads to the ocean or a longer bike ride through the park will take you directly into Rehoboth\. Bright, open and airy, with lots of decks and the ability to easily sleep 12\-13, this house is perfect for families or friends looking for a fun and relaxing beach retreat\. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package\. The property does not accept pets Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\.
