Sunny House at ground level 2 blocks from Lewes Beach on the Delaware Bay\. House is on a cul\-de\-sac next to the grasslands with no house to the right\. 5 parking spaces and great neighbors\. 3 Queen beds, 4 standard twin beds, and 3 extra long twin beds\. First floor bedroom with full powder room bath\. 4 Bathrooms, chair height toilets, grab bars, and an outside shower, enough for all in the house\. Modern well stocked kitchen, with bar and pantry\. Modern appliances\. Screened in porch facing the wetlands , gets breezes\.\. Overhead fans in most bedrooms\. Both gas and charcoal grill\. Fenced in back yard\. Favored by families for family reunions\. Renters return year after year\.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package\.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement \(Responsible Guest\), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest\.  The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age\.
