The house has 7 bedrooms: 1 master with a king bed, 4 with queens, 1 with two queens, and a "dorm" room with 4 XL twins\.  There are 3 separate living areas, two patios, and breezeway offering comfortable seating and giving plenty of space to spread out\.  The house boasts a wrap\-around screened porch which is furnished for dining, game playing, chatting, or curling up with a good book\.  There is a media/game room upstairs and the garage has been converted into a media/game room with a smart TV, ping pong, Foosball, and beach gear\.  The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances\.  A second refrigerator is in the garage for additional drink and food storage and convenience to load coolers for the beach\.  The home has cable, wireless internet, and smart TVs\.  The outdoor shower is amazing and includes a foot shower\. 

The home is steps from Lewes Beach\.  In just seconds you are on this beautiful beach facing the Delaware Bay\. A nice walk or short bike ride will take you into the charming town of Lewes where you can shop, dine at one of Lewes' many wonderful restaurants, and experiencing the award\-winning, Historic Lewes Farmers Market\.  The home is close to biking and hiking options, including Roosevelt Inlet to fish or watch the boats enter the canal, Henlopen State Park, Gordons Pond Trail, and the Lewes to Rehoboth bike path\.  It's the perfect location for all of your favorite Lewes activities\.

 Open Fires are not permitted anywhere on the property\. This property does not allow pets

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package\. 

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable\. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO\.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement \(Responsible Guest\), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest\.  The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age\.  If the party is made up of unrelated individuals \(a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests\), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age\.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and e\-Checks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.  You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online\.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO\. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO\. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company\. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed\. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking\.
