This 6 bedroom home is the perfect accommodation for family and friends and conveniently located third row on the beach path\! Seven steps lead to the entrance featuring a large open living area with travertine flooring throughout\. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and two bar areas with 3 barstools each\. One bar overlooks the dining room table that seats 8 and the other bar overlooks the breakfast room table that seats 6\. The living room has a large sectional sofa, 2 upholstered chairs, a large flat screen TV, and a decorative fireplace\. 

There are 2 doors leading to the pool area with a teak dining table for 6, plenty of seating and lounge chairs to relax by the pool\. There is a direct trail from the pool area to the beach path\. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and all bathrooms feature granite countertops and tiled showers\. The first bedroom has a king bed, TV, doors to the pool area and a private bathroom with a tub, shower and walk\-in closet\. The second bedroom mirrors the first bedroom\. The third bedroom has a king bed with a TV and a private bathroom with a tub, shower and walk\-in closet\. 14 steps lead up to the 2nd floor with 3 more bedrooms\. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination\. There is a seating area overlooking the downstairs living room with a loveseat and 2 rocking chairs\. The fifth bedroom has a king bed with private bath and the sixth bedroom has 2 twins and private bath\.
