The first thing you will notice upon entry is the enormous picture window overlooking the lagoon\. The oversized living and dining room are the perfect hang out area for your family\. The living room features queen sleeper sofa and a love seat looking out over the water\. The dining room seats six and through the sliding glass door leads to the grill area and a path down to the dock\. The kitchen is fully updated with granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet space and new stainless steel appliances\. The kitchen also has a stackable washer and dryer as well as an entry door that leads to the service yard\.

The main level bedroom features a king bed, tv, sliding door to a private balcony overlooking the lagoon, and a private bath with shower tub combo\. Up a flight of stairs are two additional bedrooms and a loft area with a small desk\. The first of the bedrooms has twin bedrooms, tv, private bath with shower tub combo and a balcony through sliding glass doors\. The second bedroom has a king bed, tv, balcony, private bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower and a walk in closet\.
