After a long day on the slopes, relax in one of the hot tubs or outdoor heated pool\. You'll be right in the middle of the action in River Run Village, with the River Run Gondola and the Summit Express Lift less than a quarter\-mile south \(a two\-minute walk\)\. Countless retail shops, restaurants, and year\-round festivities are right outside your door\. Families will love the easy access to ice skating, inner\-tubing, and night skiing\. This complex is just five miles southwest of Arapahoe Basin Ski Area if you're interested in a change of scenery\. You'll also be only eight miles east of downtown Dillon, the shores of Lake Dillon \(where you can rent kayaks and pontoon boats in summer\), and the Outlets at Silverthorne\.Building roof replacement will start 9/6 and be ongoing through the end of October\. If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non\-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non\-compliance fines\. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay\. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED\. If there is a party in this condo \(as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction\) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean\-up and replacement for damaged items\.
