Decorated in lovely traditional furnishings this villa is perfect for small families and golf outings\. On the main living level are the kitchen, dining area, and living area\. Access to your private patio with seating for 4 and a gas grill is just off the living area\. 

All 3 bedrooms with private baths are located upstairs\. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and is located to the right as you walk up the stairs\. The 2nd and 3rd King bedrooms are to the left and both of these bedrooms have views of the beautiful Harbour Town Clubhouse\. Walk to the world famous red and white striped lighthouse in the marina or dine in one of the many wonderful restaurants that are all just steps away from this lovely villa\.
