8A New Castle is an ocean\-block, single\-family home\. The first floor includes a kitchen and dining space, plus a separate living area\. There are also two bedrooms that share one full bath\. On the second floor, guests are treated to a breakfast bar, recessed lighting, and 50 inch Smart TV in the upstairs living area and three bedrooms, plus one full and one half\-bath\. Guests will love spending time on the screened\-in porch off the front of the home\. Being so close to the beach, the porch has exposure to calming ocean breezes every day\.

There is off\-street parking for two cars, plus two on street permits\.

Pets are permitted with a $250 non\-refundable pet fee per pet\. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted\.

This is a non\-smoking property\.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week s stay is $325\.80
