## Description
Perfect location\! This bright and spacious home is lovingly decorated and situated on a quiet cul\-de\-sac off of Lewes Beach with plenty of room for you to spread out and enjoy your vacation\.  This beautifully furnished reversed layout home takes advantage of canal views off of the living room with its screened porch and open decks\.  An open floor plan and cool colors makes for a very relaxing space\.

Four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa allows for an occupancy of ten guests and just a nit over a block walk to the beach for your summer fun\.  On the first floor are two primary suites each with a private bath as well as one additional guest bedroom with a Queen bed and access to a hallway bath\. On the second floor is a den with an en suite bathroom and two Queen sized sleep sofas\. The spacious third floor living space includes the well\-appointed kitchen, living and dining areas with access to the spectacular views\. Plus the large backyard for outdoor games or a picnic\.  There's also a convenient outdoor shower to rinse away the sand after a day at the beach\.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package\. 

Pets are not permitted at this property\.  

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable\. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO\.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period\. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period\. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals \(a group rental\), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age\.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.  You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online\.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO\. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO\. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company\. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed\. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking\.
