A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third\-party system prior to arrival\. The available options depend on the length of your stay: \-For 1\-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit\. This is a pre\-authorized hold \(not a charge\) that is released following a damage\-free inspection after checkout\. \-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non\-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night \(capped at a maximum of $100\)\. This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear\. Please be reminded that check\-out time is 10AM\. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check\-out\. Late check\-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations\.
