A beautiful coastal home located in NatureWalk where you'll be surrounded by the mature pine trees of Point Washington State Forest and enjoy quick and easy access to all of the wonderful amenities that NatureWalk has to offer\. 

At 9 Prairie Pass you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2\.5 bathrooms\. This luxurious beach retreat has a gourmet kitchen that opens to the living area with large sectional\. There is amazing attention to detail in all of the finishes\. The main floor includes the living and dining area plus kitchen\. There's an expansive screened porch on the 1st floor so you can enjoy the outdoors without having to deal with all the bugs\.  Upstairs you'll find all 3 bedrooms and the washer/dryer\.

2nd Floor, Bedroom 1: Full\-over\-full bunkbed with twin trundle
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Full bed\. Shares hallway bath with Bedroom 1\.
