Soften some of the city's edges at SouthSide Latte\. This newly renovated, fully furnished townhome is a warm retreat for singles or couples looking to spend time in Pittsburgh\. Located on a residential street walkable to restaurants, nightlife, and Starbucks, we designed this urban retreat with discerning travelers in mind\. Professionally decorated\.

Easy access to UPMC Hospitals, Allegheny Health Network \(AHN/AGH\) Hospitals, Duquesne University, University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University, Carlow University, Chatham University, and downtown Pittsburgh\.

Minutes from Acrisure Stadium \(Pittsburgh Steelers\), PNC Park \(Pittsburgh Pirates\), and PPG Paints Arena \(Pittsburgh Penguins\)\.

Highmark, PNC, PPG, US Steel, and Alcoa headquarters are less than a 10\-minute drive\.

Cultural District venues, including the Benedum Center, the Byham Theater, Heinz Hall, the O'Reilly Theater, the August Wilson Cultural Center, and the Greer Cabaret Theater are also less than 10 minutes away by car\.

Rails\-to\-trails bike path access is nearby, too\. The 3\-Rivers Heritage Trail, which connects into downtown Pittsburgh, runs along the Monongahela River and is easily accessed by foot or bike from the property\.

This property was extensively renovated in 2023 so everything is new\. The kitchen features a custom central island with counter seating for 4, dishwasher, full\-sized refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, and oven with induction cooktop\. Brand\-new cabinets contain carefully selected cookware, serve\-ware, and place settings\.

Out back is a small private deck that steps down to an enclosed brick patio\.

Street parking immediately in front of the home's entrance requires that the vehicle's license plate be registered with the city, which is a process we are happy to facilitate for longer stays\. There is also \*free\* \(no permit needed\) street parking in the next block and in many areas nearby\. For quick stops \(to unload groceries, for example\), the neighboring alley is also a convenient temporary option\.

The adjoining unit, which has an identical floor plan, is also available for short\-term or monthly rentals \(contact us for details\)\. The two units share the enclosed back patio\.

Please note, because the enclosed back patio is shared, we can't allow pets that require a yard\. Some indoor\-only pets, or dogs that only go outside on leashes, can be accommodated for an additional fee\. Unfortunately we can't allow cats\.
