Walk to Rehoboth's famed restaurants and unique shops or dine in and enjoy cocktails on the rear  patio, overlooking the beautifully landscaped, fenced back yard\. The front cottage has two bedrooms  \(1 Queen and 1 Full Bed\) and one bath\.  The rear cottage has a Queen Bed and a half bath and is located in the back of the property and is perfect for those needing privacy\! Home offers WiFi, Max, Prime & Netflix in addition to DirectTV with ESPN\- rainy day binge watching covered\! One parking space in driveway  \+ owner supplies 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits\! Pets permitted with Fee\. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights\. Back cottage NOT available in colder months\. Owner would consider monthly winter rental\.\.\. please call office at  Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply\.
