Wireless Internet, parking for 5 cars and on the quiet side of town in The Pines of Rehoboth\. Available all year round \- full weeks in summer or any time in the off season\! Watch the 60 inch TV in the living room and enjoy an off\-season holiday or weekend at the beach\! Pets permitted with fee and Addendum\. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply\. Sorry, no cats\. Guests pay a $190 Cleaning Fee for stays under 7 nights\. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent\. Fireplace is In\-operable\.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable\.
