Our single level 2,000 square foot 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features A/C in the Master Bedroom and Main Living Space, washer/dryer, 2 car garage and fantastic outdoor living space over looking the 12th fairway with a gas grill\.  A significant remodel was completed in Winter 2023\.  It is located on the 12th fairway in the Dalton Ranch Country Club in the beautiful Animas Valley just 10 minutes north of downtown Durango and 20 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort\.

The centerpiece of Dalton Ranch is its challenging 7,040\-yard championship semi\-private golf course\. Built along the Animas River, Dalton Ranch incorporates numerous wetlands and lakes\.

Trimble Hot Springs with a full spa is less than a mile and the home is within immediate access to recreational opportunities\- tennis, golf, hiking, biking, swimming, downhill and cross country skiing, fly fishing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing \(the list is endless really\)\.

This home is pet friendly\! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day \(for a max $250 per stay\)\.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied \(Excludes Christmas/New Years\)\.
