Book your next visit to Granby Ranch in our beautiful and spacious 2\-bedroom condominium\. This property is ideally situated within walking distance of the Granby Ranch slopes and offers access to a variety of outdoor activities year\-round, complemented by unique amenities and stunning views of the mountains and valley\.
This renovated condominium features a modern interior design, an expansive floor plan and vaulted ceilings, making it the perfect retreat for families\. 
The expansive living room features vaulted ceilings and multiple areas to relax and provides a comfortable space to unwind while taking in the views\.  It is equipped with a flat screen television and a gas fireplace\.  The living room also provides convenient access to a private deck, where one can bask in the Colorado sunshine and appreciate the beauty of the evening sunsets\.
A half wall partition delineates the living room from the main dining area, which can comfortably accommodate up to six persons and has hardwood flooring\.  The spacious gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and ample space for preparing all of your vacation meals\. 
The primary bedroom features a queen sized bed, vaulted ceilings equipped with a ceiling fan, a flat screen television, a spacious closet and a full en\-suite full bathroom\.
The second bedroom offers a wonderfully open and large space with a queen\-sized bed, full en\-suite bathroom and secondary sleeping area with two twin beds\. 
The Queen Murphy bed in the living room helps maximize this occupancy to sleep 8\.
Additional features comprise complimentary WI\-FI, in\-unit washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils\.  All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided\.
Parking: outdoor parking available for up to two vehicles\.
On site common area amenities include tennis courts, outdoor heated swimming pool and sun deck\.
Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground\.  Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities\.  The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only\. This fee is per person/per day\.
Located just 1 mile from the ski lodge, dining options, pool, fitness center, and 2 miles from the golf course, it is perfect for enjoyment throughout the year\. Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking\.  We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake\. 
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation\.  There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all\-wheel drive or four\-wheel drive vehicles\. 
House Rules:  Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule\.  Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property\. Check\-in time is at 4:00PM and check\-out time is at 10:00AM\. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age\.  All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking\. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM \- 7:00 AM\.
