A half wall partition delineates the living room from the main dining area, which comfortably accommodates up to six persons on hardwood flooring\. This is a quieter mountain base near Granby Ranch, positioned for both Winter Park skiing and Grand Lake days\. The property is ideally situated within walking distance of the Granby Ranch slopes, and the town of Granby is just 4\.8 miles away\. On site common amenities include tennis courts, an outdoor heated swimming pool, sun deck and tennis courts\.  Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation route, and visitors should consider utilizing all\-wheel drive or four\-wheel drive vehicles during heavy snowfall\.
