This charming two\-bedroom, two\-bath villa in Hilton Head Island features amazing views of the Eleventh Hole on the George Fazio Golf Course\. 

The villa has coastal artwork and decor throughout\. The cozy and inviting living room has a flat\-screen TV in a large media console with plenty of books to read and games for everyone to play\. There is a sleeper sofa for additional guests as well\. There is updated furniture in the living room that provides plenty of seating for the whole family\. Immediately off the living room, there is access to the private deck with seating and amazing views\. Enjoy your morning coffee, relax, and read a book on your private deck\. There is a propane grill in the front paver area for cooking up meals that your friends and family will enjoy\!

The contemporary kitchen has been updated, including quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and plenty of storage\. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals\.
