This beautiful 2\-bedroom 2\-bath condo has everything you need for your vacation\.  Fully furnished including your beach towels\.  The Master Bedroom has a queen bed featuring a smart TV with an ensuite bathroom\.  You also have a private entrance to the screened patio balcony\.  The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top\.  The guest bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV\.  The second bathroom is located right outside of this room\.  Open floor plan for your living room and dining room\.  The best part of the condo is a fully screened enclosure balcony\.  This is perfect for your sunset and sunrises or just grab a book and relax\!
Please be advised that construction will begin , June 29th, in Unit 9B within the complex\. The project will start with repairs to the floor trusses, followed by interior renovations\. Work is expected to take approximately 2–3 months, weather and scheduling permitting\.
Construction hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\.
