Located high on top in the Mountain High Community within walking and short driving distances of several cabins on Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals program, A Bear's Lair is a perfect multiple family or couple's getaway\. The Mountain High Community is all paved and is easily accessible for all vehicles\.

As you pull into the drive, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath cabin will greet you with endless breathtaking mountain views of North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee\.

An open concept floor plan will welcome you upon entering this property with easy access to the outdoor deck area providing mountain views of sunrises and sunsets each day\. With a bedroom and full bathroom on each level, everyone will have their privacy\. The main level features a living room, gas log fireplace, and dining room combo with seating for six\. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops which makes preparing any meal easy and convenient for everyone\. Through the kitchen you’ll find a queen room and a shared full bathroom hosting a shower and tub combo\. Upstairs you will find the king master suite with a stand\-up walk\-in shower and jetted tub\. You will also have your own private balcony with rocking chairs to enjoy early morning coffee and sunrises or winding down in the evenings with your favorite glass of wine\. For the remote workers, a workstation is ready and waiting for you in the open loft\.

The lower level has a media room, card table, gas log fireplace, wet bar and another king room with a separate full bath with a shower and tub combo\. The six\-person hot tub can be found on the lower\-level deck near the corner with views of the beautiful mountain peaks any time of day\.
