Facilities are closed for maintenance on certain midweek days\. Host is not liable for availability, maintenance, downtime, or pool closures under any circumstances\. 

• Usually, the North Clubhouse keeps its tennis court open year\-round; however, this is not guaranteed\. Tennis courts typically remain lit until midnight\. We encourage you to bring your own tennis equipment\. 

• Resort playgrounds are only available for kids 12 and under\.

• An access pass to use Chalet Village Resort amenities will be provided on a hook inside the property\. Please remember to hang this back before your departure; otherwise, a $50 replacement fee will be charged\.
