Additional amenities include 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, washer/dryer, 7 Smart TVs for streaming, and wireless Internet access\. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water is convenient after beach outings\. Beach wagon is provided for your convenience\.  Two public beach accesses within 300 ft\. Public boat ramp directly across Emerald Drive \(boat parking at the house\)\. Available year\-round\. No smoking anywhere on the premises\.
