Ground Level: This floor offers entrance to the home, where you will also find the laundry area\. Outside is a totally gated private pool, hot tub, and outside shower\.
 
Mid Level: This level features a lovely main bedroom with a queen bed and deck access\. Another main bedroom room with a queen bed  includes deck access and shared a hall bathroom with a bunk room\. The bunk room features a twin\-over\-twin bunk\.
 
Top Level: This level features a spacious great room with a TV and DVD player, gas fireplace, and deck access through a sliding glass door\. A nicely equipped kitchen has bar seating for three guests and a separate dining area\. You will also find the main bedroom with a king bed with deck access through a sliding door\. Rounding out this home is a half bath off the great room\.

No pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\.
 
Amenities: Guests can enjoy an oversized private 16\-foot by 32\-foot unheated Pool, a gated pool, hot tub, multiple TVs, a gas fireplace, gas grill, WiFi, a hammock swing, and a sunny and shaded deck space\.
 
Guests can enjoy an outside pool, wading pool, a kid’s playroom, four shared tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness center, and a multi\-use trail for biking and walking\.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
