## Description
A Shore Thing is the updated beach home you and your guests are looking for\! This classic beach cottage has been redone to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible\.

There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, hardwood floors, and all the deck space you could want\. The den and kitchen have a large eat\-in area, and there is a large sun deck with built\-in seating great for meals as well\! You will also find an oversized screened\-in porch to relax on and enjoy the ocean breeze\. There is a large flat\-screen TV in the downstairs den, there is also a sleeper sofa in the coffee/reading room, great for guests that want to spread out\.

On the lower level, there are three bedrooms, each with a queen\. One of these bedrooms is the master bedroom with its private bathroom and large walk\-in closet\. The other 2 queen bedrooms share a jack\-and\-jill bathroom, and one is equipped with a wet bar\. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms\. One bedroom has 2 bunk beds with an attached bathroom, and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins with a private bathroom\.

Off street parking for 4 vehicles\. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking\. Property features a 240V Electric Vehicle charging outlet that is located along the main driveway\. 

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding \+ bath \+ beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately \($200\-300\+ value\)\! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available\. Beach cart and toys, cooler, boogie boards, and bikes are included for your enjoyment\!

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property\.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking\. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs\. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay\.  Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs\.
