Classic Big Bear A\-Frame cabin located in a beautiful Moonridge area within walking distance to Bear Mountain Ski Resort and just a short drive to the lake, Village, and National Forest hiking trails\. This charming cabin comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway\! 

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 1,000\+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, dining table, bar seating, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 2 bedroom \(2 lofts\), 2 bath\. Upstairs first loft bedroom has a queen bed\. Upstairs second loft bedroom has a queen bed\. Living room has sleeper sofa\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Game room with pool table\. Smart TV with streaming apps, DVD player along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games\. Relax by the cozy wood burning fireplace\.

OUTDOORS \- Back deck with views of the ski slopes and charcoal barbecue\.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people\.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
