A beautiful kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops\. Gather around the dining table that seats six with additional seating available for four guests at the bar after a delectable meal is served in the kitchen\. When you aren’t spending time at the beach, venture outdoors to the private backyard with a private pool, green space, grill, and dining table\. The first floor features a king bedroom, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom with walk\-in shower\. Completing this floor is a sleeper sofa in the living room, half bathroom, and a washer and dryer\. 

The second floor hosts three bedrooms and a wrap\-around balcony\. The beautiful master bedroom features a king bed, sitting area with sleeper sofa and flat screen TV, balcony access, and an attached bathroom\. The incredible spa\-like bathroom offers a double vanity, freestanding tub and gorgeous tiled walk\-in shower\. For the pool to be heated during your stay, we require at least 48 hour notice before your arrival to ensure the pool has time to reach the proper temperature of 88 degrees Fahrenheit\. The pool heat charge is $75 per day of your reservation\. This home is equipped with a pool heat pump which can operate as intended in weather down to 50 degrees Fahrenheit\.
