Abe's Cool Cabin is a stunning log cabin style property, ideal for larger families\. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear in the Fox Farm neighborhood\. Abe's has beautiful forest views and is just a short drive to the ski slopes, lake, golf, zoo, restaurants, shops, and more\!

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 2100\+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, a stunning floor to ceiling river rock gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 4 bedroom, 3 bath\. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, sitting area, TV, DVD player, and private bath\. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD player\. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD player\. Upstairs fourth bedroom has three twin beds, each with a trundle bed, TV, DVD player, and bath\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 11 people \(10 adults max\)\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- over occupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
